Emotional Struggles, Anger, and Daily Battles
When we reflect on the lives of women who
have faced hardships for thirty or forty years, we cannot deny the emotional
toll these struggles take. Even if their resilience seems strong, their mental
health is surely affected. At the same time, men also face unique challenges. A
man often struggles with how to share his financial burdens with his wife.
Rising bills, fuel prices, and economic pressures create invisible stress that
is rarely discussed within families. Both men and women carry heavy
responsibilities to manage their home and raise children, yet society often
overlooks this hidden pressure.
In many households, there exists a double
standard. If a wife makes a small mistake while cooking, her respect is
questioned. But when a man faces financial stress due to inflation, strikes, or
social pressures, his pain is often ignored. The truth is, both sides deserve
understanding and dignity. Anyone who works hard and faces difficulties with
patience deserves respect—whether in the home or outside.
Leaders face a similar struggle. A father
cannot always tell his children about the weight he carries, and a leader
cannot always share his loneliness or pain with his people. No matter how high
a person’s position, every human being faces pressure, stress, and moments of
weakness. A leader, despite holding power, is still human. He has emotions,
hormones, and moods that sometimes break through. His anger or emotional
struggles remind us that he too needs support, understanding, and someone to
lean on.
Every human being, whether a mother,
father, or leader, must remember that they are not superheroes. They have
emotions, weaknesses, and moments of breakdown. Admitting our weakness before
God and allowing ourselves to cry in prayer is one of the most powerful ways to
find strength. But alongside spiritual surrender, we must also accept
responsibility: no one can solve all the problems of the world for us. We must
learn to face our challenges with inner strength and courage.
In life, everyone reaches a tipping
point. At the beginning of the journey, the struggles feel overwhelming because
there is little to lose. As we grow, face challenges, and overcome them, we
become stronger and more mature. Hardships are not permanent—they pass, and
with patience, we outgrow them. Every difficulty has its own time limit, and
once it passes, it leaves us stronger than before.
It is also important to talk openly about
our struggles. Sharing our pain helps us heal and allows others to realize that
they are not alone. We are all sailing in the same boat, and by sharing
experiences, we can learn from one another.
Above all, never lose sight of your
purpose in life. Every challenge is an opportunity for growth, every difficulty
is a chance to improve yourself. Success always comes after hardship, and the
reward of patience is far greater than the pain of struggle. With hope in your
heart and trust in your inner strength, you can move forward no matter how
heavy the burden feels.
